4. Packaging Standards

Standard Products: Shipped in clear bags or boxes.

Shockproof Protection: All items are wrapped in White Bubble Bags.

 If you order a pre-order item with an in-stock item, the entire order will ship when the pre-order is ready.

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for most destinations outside the EU.

Taxes: Local sales taxes and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout.

VAT: We are unable to provide VAT invoices.

Late Arrival Compensation: If your delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the estimated time, we will refund your shipping fee.
