Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

At Ultramarine Technology, we stand by the quality of our smart home and tech gadgets. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Quick Summary:

Defective Items: Full Refund or Replacement (We cover return shipping).

Change of Mind / Wrong Model: Refund minus 20% Restocking Fee (Customer covers return shipping).

Unopened Items: Accepted (Must be in original, resalable condition).


 

Return Eligibility & Conditions 

1. Defective or Damaged Items (Faulty) 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by manufacturing defects.

Process: Contact us within 30 days at sales@ultramarinetechnology.com with your Order Number, Photos/Videos of the defect.

Resolution: We will respond within 2 business days with a prepaid return label or instructions. We cover the return shipping cost.

Outcome: Full Refund or Free Replacement.

2. New,Unopened,& Unused Items

To qualify for a full refund on non-defective items, the product must be in perfect, resalable condition.

Packaging: Please do not use scissors to cut open the original retail packaging. Tear the outer shipping box open carefully. Items with cut marks on the retail box are not accepted.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)

Testing: When testing gadgets (e.g., keyboards), please ensure hands are clean and no liquids are nearby.

3. Wrong Model / Change of Mind 

If you ordered the incorrect item:

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Replacement: If you want the correct model sent, you must pay for the new shipping fee.


 

Non-Returnable Items 

Personalized / OEM Orders: Customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Past 30 Days: Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Please DO NOT send returns back without contacting us first. We will provide the nearest return address based on your location to save you time and money.

Liability & Lost Returns 

Ultramarine Technology is not responsible for packages lost or misdirected during return transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. If the carrier confirms delivery but we do not receive the item, we cannot issue a refund.


 

Refund Processing 

Once your return is received and inspected:

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Quick Rules (Read Before Returning)

The 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The "Scissors Rule": Do NOT use scissors on the retail box. Tear the shipping bag. Scissor marks = No Refund.

The "Makeup Test": Trying on wearable tech? Ensure no makeup, deodorant, or perfume touches the item. Stains = No Refund.

OEM/Custom Orders: Personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
