2. Payments & Pricing
We utilize industry-standard secure payment gateways to protect your transactions.
Accepted Methods: PayPal, Shopify Payments, eWay (Visa, MasterCard, Amex).
Currency: We support multi-currency settlement. Prices displayed exclude local import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees unless explicitly stated.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order prior to dispatch. Once the order status changes to "Shipped," cancellation is no longer permitted.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with UBI Smart Parcel to ensure global delivery.
Dispatch Window: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates (refer to our Shipping Policy). We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or reship orders lost due to incorrect address entries.
Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup at our registered or operations addresses unless a formal appointment is booked via our Contact Page.
4. Returns & Refunds (The 30-Day Guarantee)

Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in resalable condition (original packaging intact, no scissor cuts).
Defective Items: We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Change of Mind / Wrong Model: Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer covers return shipping.
Return Shipping: We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service. We are not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Warranty Guidelines
All products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage: Functional defects (e.g., buttons not working, battery failure).

7. Fraud Prevention & Risk Management

Verification: We reserve the right to cancel orders where the billing name does not match the cardholder's name or if the order is flagged as high-risk by our fraud detection system.
Wholesale Accounts: Bulk orders may require additional verification (ID/Business License).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
