For bulk OEM/ODM projects, any additional after-sales service, technical support, or warranty coverage must be specified in the relevant written agreement.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee calculated on the returned item value may apply where permitted by law.
