When will I get an invoice?
---Invoices will send by Email when your order done. Environmental demand are not printed and shipped with the orders. There is also a download link in the order confirmation email.

Why hasn't my order has arrived yet?

It could be a number of reasons. We find it is usually one of the following:

Delayed mail
Incorrect address
Incomplete address
No calling card left by postal contractor
If an item takes longer than 30 days to arrive we’ll reship or refund. extra send a gift for apologies.
My order is late, now what?
---Almost the address have problem made us canot ship out the parcel. But we always send the email, so please check your mail and contact with us.
How and when do I get a refund?

How do I process a warranty claim?
---If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail sales@ultramarinetechnology.com quoting your name, order number and details of the product received and send video or photo evidence of the fault and we will rectify doing replace or refund.
