The OEM customization product process mainly consists of the following stages:

1. Demand alignment, with customer service having over 10 years of experience, ensuring smooth communication; 

2. Place sample order;

3. Make samples and conduct tests;

4. Place order;

5. Production;

6. Inspection;

7. Delivery

 

Wholesale Account Requests:

1. Please understand, third-party retail of Ultramarine Technology products on Amazon, ebay or any other online store or local store. We have lowest price request to protect seller profits. We welcome you to sell globally on third-party websites; either via your own website or local store.

2. For wholesale orders to the US/UK/DE/Other European countries in which orders can be shipped within 48 hours, orders will be fulfilled from local warehouses in the corresponding areas. For orders to are as outside of those previously mentioned, orders will be shipped from China/Hongkong and can take additional time to ship.

Please note: we are NOT responsible for covering these shipping fees and that the shipping fee associated with each order is prone to vary based on the actual request (e.; product, quantity, and shipping destination).
