Tax-Exempt Orders

If an order is placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, including those using Form W-9, please send an email to info@ultramarinetechnology.com. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state in which the product is being shipped. A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate in order to initiate the tax refund process. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Organizations and/or individual names on the order must match the state tax-exempt certificate exactly. Ultramarine Technology does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
