Shipping
1. Normal Orders all Default Shipping from Australia with Smart UBI System (Delivery within 2-8 Business Days)
2. Wholesale Orders all Default Shipping by Express from Hongkong. Express Visa DHL/UPS/Fedex unless you live in an area they deem rural and it will ship via EMS Express Post. (Delivery within 3-5 Business Days)
3. Promotion or Discounts Orders all Default Shipping from Hongkong with Economy shipping by economy with registered e-Parcel. (Delivery within 2-8 Business Days) or Where free delivery is applicable.
Australia post does not publish the information to the public tracking systems. You can request it via their Facebook/Twitter accounts.
ultramarinetechnology.com (The "Website") will make all reasonable efforts to have the Goods delivered to the Customer Or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the Order on or before the estimated delivery date. But the force majeure factors,ultramarinetechnology.com (The "Website") shall not be liable for
(1) any failure to deliver; or
(2) delay in delivery for any reason; or
(3) any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such

Problems
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please submit a support message via our contact page under online page. We will try our best to deal with the problem until you are satisfied.
If your order has taken longer than 30 days and has been lost by postal we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Australia Post require 30 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost.
It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.

Returns
We accept returns for all purchases that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date. We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within reasonable time and in resalable condition. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
We are pleased to offer free returns for all full price items purchased within the CN.
Transportation costs based on inventory, we do not offer free returns for orders outside the CN. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the CN.
Ultramarine Technology cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise you use an insured and tracked service.
We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date, or sale products that reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date. Please do make sure that we can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, And fit for re-sale. we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition. Please return the product with reasonable time (accepted 7 days only) Attention Please: We will charge extra 25% restocking fee after except for compensation product price difference

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from ultramarinetechnology.com (The "Website") for a limited refund.
